Terms & Conditions

Communication & updates
- I will send updates upon major milestones completion, asking for the client's feedback and revising anything needed.
- Completing a base Vtuber model takes me 1-3 months depending on the workload.Finished product
- The finished product will contain only running files (.moc3 and .json), which work in any capture software. No .CMO3 (Source file).
- The .CMO3 file can be included with the finished product for an additional price.
- I can attach basic configuration files for nizima Live or VTube StudioPayments
- 50% of the payment will be asked before I start working on a commission, and the other 50% after I finish it.
- Accepted: Paypal or Wise (preferred)Cancelation & refunds
- Commissions can be canceled anytime and the refund is proportionate to the percentage of work I haven’t done. If I have completed 100% of the work, there is no refund.
- If the client cancels the commission when no work has been done yet, I will refund 80%.
- If I cannot complete the commission, I will refund 100%.Usage of the model
- The model can be used for streaming and creating content in general on social media platforms (twitch, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc).
- DO NOT copy, trace, or edit my works without my explicit consent.
- DO NOT use my art for ANY AI use. Support human artists.My rights concerning the work
- I should be notified when the Vtuber model is sold or given access to another person.
- Please credit me across your social media.
- I retain the right to use the model as part of my portfolio and as an example of my Live2D rigging/animation.
- If requested by the client, I will not post any WIPs (work-in-progress updates) up until 90 days after the work has been finished.
- If the client prefers not to disclose the credit, then an additional privacy fee will be charged.Placing a commission order with me means that you have read and agreed to these terms.
